If you violate these Terms of Use, you agree to pay Love Notery a penalty of 100 times the original price regardless of any discounts that may have been offered at the time of purchase.

Usage

Purchasers are strongly encouraged to backup copies of their work. While some of Love Notery’s digital products are editable and it should save each time you press save before closing the document, we cannot guarantee that there won't be a glitch every now and again. To avoid losing your work, save your work in multiple places.

Refund

Our policy is not to offer refunds on Digital Products. Should you consider your situation to be a special circumstance then please contact us at scribe@lovenotery.com and we shall consider your individual request. In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to the Digital Products will be revoked.

All advice is provided 'as is’ with no warranties or indemnities as to its appropriateness for your particular situation. Love Notery takes no responsibility for the implementation of any advice in your own output or the outcomes of such implementation.

Delivery policy

Digital Products bought through Love Notery are delivered via email after the purchase is made.
